Location in the middle of Jing an district

Somewhat noisy building with regard to neighbors. Apartment was good, but I found the building a bit dingy and dark.

Location is super comfortable

Neighbor is a little noisy, but I have Apple headphones so I can sleep peacefully, and there are also some cooking utensils missing, so you have to improvise.

The area is nice and convenient. The apartment is cozy.

There isn’t any kitchen utensil even though there is a kitchen so if you are planning to cook is not the place. The owner brought some plates and a pan to use it.

Good location, and the room is spacious, with a comfortable bed

The water heater is not enough, despite there being one person in the room, the hot water ran out too quickly, there is no need to imagine if there are two people in the room. The bathroom was not completely clean, and for a studio room, there are no other accessories such as glasses, frying pan or cooking plates.
